Series 5 Notes means the Series 5 Senior Guaranteed Notes issued by TLGI pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of September 26, 1997, between TLGI, as issuer, LGII, as guarantor, and The Trust Company of Bank of Montreal, as Indenture Trustee, as amended or modified.
