Series 3 Distribution Record Date definition
Series 3 Distribution Record Date has the meaning given to such term in Section 2(B)(b)(iii) to this Part IV of Schedule A.
Examples of Series 3 Distribution Record Date in a sentence
Such guaranteed payments with respect to any Series 3 Distribution Period shall be for the account of Series 3 Holders as of the applicable Series 3 Distribution Record Date, or as otherwise reasonably determined by the General Partner.
The Record Date (the “Series 3 Distribution Record Date”) for the payment of any Series 3 Distributions shall be the first Business Day of the month of the applicable Series 3 Distribution Payment Date, except that in the case of payments of Series 3 Distributions in Arrears, the Series 3 Distribution Record Date with respect to a Series 3 Distribution Payment Date shall be such date as may be designated by the General Partner in accordance with this Section 2 to this Part IV of Schedule A.
