Series 2023B Notes definition
Series 2023B Notes means the Notes of the Series so designated and authorized by this Series 2023 Resolution.
Series 2023B Notes means the General Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes (Sales Tax Projects - Phase V), Series 2023B of the District authorized by this Resolution to be issued in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $135,000,000.
