Ser vices definition

Ser vices means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuantto the Contract.
Ser vices means all services furnished by the Supplier and ordered by the Buyer under this Agreement, which in- cludes all Work Product. “Work Product” means all ▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇ goods, products, software, deliverables, documents, analyses, reports, conclusions, information and all other materials associated with the Services and provided by the Supplier to the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
