Sequoia Acquisition definition
Sequoia Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, LLC, pursuant to the Equity Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 3, 2021 by and between ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, LLC, and the Borrower.
Sequoia Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of Halfaker and Associates, LLC, pursuant to the Equity Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 3, 2021 by and between Dawn Halfaker, Halfaker and Associates, LLC, and the Borrower.
