Examples of Sequential Pay Certificates in a sentence

  • All Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses, if any, allocated to a Class of Sequential Pay Certificates shall be allocated among the respective Certificates of such Class in proportion to the Percentage Interests evidenced thereby.

  • Any allocation of Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses to a Class of Sequential Pay Certificates shall be made by reducing the Class Principal Balance thereof by the amount so allocated.
