Sequa means Sequa Corporation, a Delaware corporation and ultimate parent of Seller.
Sequa means Sequa Corporation, including but not limited to its status as successor-in-interest to Sun and Kollsman, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys and any other entity that was in the past or is now affiliated with, related to or associated with Sequa, and their past and present subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents and employees, including but not limited to Chromalloy, Kollsman and/or Sun.9
Sequa means Sequa Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and holder of one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding capital stock of Sequa Can.
