SEPTA definition

SEPTA is defined in the introduction hereof.

  • Employees shall be given a copy, upon request, of everything they sign including documents signed at SEPTA Medical.

  • When a DBE performs as a participant in a joint venture, SEPTA will count a portion of the total value of the contract equal to the distinct, clearly defined portion of the work of the contract that the DBE performs with its own forces toward DBE goals.

  • If a DBE Subcontractor is performing certain services and SEPTA orders additional such services, then Contractor must use the DBE Subcontractor to perform the additional services in accordance with the DBE goal.
