SEPL definition

SEPL means the Borrower’s Secretariat of Planning and Structured Projects (Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Projetos Estruturantes) or any successor thereto acceptable to the Bank.
SEPL means Savla Enterprise Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Act and having its registered office at 601, 6th floor, Astron Tower, Opp. Fun Republic Cinema, Satellite, Ahmedabadin the state of Gujarat.

  • The sale and issuance of the SET Units to SET, the SEPL Units to SEPL and the Incentive Distribution Rights and the GP Common Units to the General Partner are exempt from the registration requirements of the Act, the rules and regulations and the securities laws of any state having jurisdiction with respect thereto, and none of the Partnership Entities has taken or will take any action that would cause the loss of such exemption.
