SEPE definition

SEPE means a State’s Public Education Secretariat (Secretaría de Educación Pública Estatal) or equivalent;
SEPE means Secretaria de Estado de Projetos Estratégicos, the Borrower’s Strategic Project’s Secretariat, established by the Borrower’s Law No. 7022 of July 24, 2007.
