Separation Letter definition

Separation Letter means the MSD-provided letter that will describe the Special Separation Program benefits and include a release of claims against Merck and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including the Employer and may include such other terms such as non-solicitation and non-competition provisions, as the MSD determines.

  • Your cooperation described in this paragraph 4 shall be subject to the maintenance of the indemnification and directors’ and officers’ liability insurance policy described in your Separation Letter.

  • This Agreement together with the Separation Letter is the complete understanding between me and the Company in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
