Separation Certificate means the certificate issued by the Separation Certifier to certify that the Separation Works have been completed;

  • If the Employer does not make available all the entitlements along with a Separation Certificate (if requested), paid employment will continue until such time all entitlements are paid, provided that this shall not apply in the case of a minor oversight or error which is corrected within 48 hours.
