Examples of Separate Services in a sentence

  • If Contractor discovers or is apprised by a County that Services will impact or require changes to software which Contactor developed through Separate Services, Contractor will promptly notify the affected Counties.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in separate Change Request, Contractor shall utilize the same standards for Separate Services and provide the same type of applicable Documentation as set forth in written Specifications unless otherwise directed by the requesting County.

  • Tenant shall remit to Landlord as Additional Rent, simultaneously with the next installment of Basic Monthly Rent, the amount of any Tenant’s Separate Services paid for by Landlord during the then current month.

  • Building Services shall specifically exclude Tenant’s Separate Services.

  • Entegrata will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide any implementation, customization and consulting Separate Services set forth in an Order.

  • The County may, at its sole discretion, prepare and submit to the Consortium a change order to request Separate Services to be performed by the Primary Project Vendor or other Project vendors.

Related to Separate Services

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
