Separate Facilities definition
Separate Facilities means the portions of a facility under separate ownership of Seller and one or more other Persons.
Separate Facilities means the portions of a facility under separate ownership of Seller and Buyer.

More Definitions of Separate Facilities
Separate Facilities means each Co-Tenant’s procurement, installation and construction, at its sole cost and expense, certain electric and communications facilities for the transmission of electricity and for interconnection with and communications along and within the Shared Facilities, to be owned individually by such Co-Tenant.
Separate Facilities means facilities owned by a Party that serve either (1) to deliver that Party’s raw water to the Project Facilities, or (2) to deliver treated water from a Party’s Points of Delivery to one or more sponsors or customers of that Party.
Separate Facilities means any facilities acquired or financed by the Agency on or after the date hereof and which were not financed from the proceeds of Bonds or Contracts of the Agency and which facilities are determined by the Board of Directors of the Agency to be Separate Facilities.
