Upon termination of this Agreement, Customer will return each Sentinel/Dongle to DS.
Each Sentinel/Dongle and all intellectual property rights therein will remain the property of DS and/or its applicable suppliers.
If a Sentinel/Dongle is lost or stolen, DS will provide a replacement provided that an officer of Customer makes a statutory declaration on a form prescribed by DS, and Customer pays to DS the replacement fee prescribed by DS.
Sentinel/Dongle means the security device supplied with Licensed Programs, enabling execution of the Licensed Programs on the computer equipment to which the Sentinel/Dongle is connected.
Each Sentinel/Dongle and all intellectual property rights therein will remain the property of 3DS and/or its applicable suppliers.
Upon termination of this Agreement or if the Sentinel/Dongle usage is deemed to be obsolete, Customer will return each Sentinel/Dongle to 3DS.
