Sentinel/Dongle definition

Sentinel/Dongle means the security device supplied with Licensed Programs, enabling execution of the Licensed Programs on the computer equipment to which the Sentinel/Dongle is connected. Site means a particular office, building or physical location which shall be identified in the Transaction Document. User means any (a) Customer’s employee, or (b) employee of Customer’s consultant(s) or subcontractor(s) (i) who accesses a DS Offering,

Examples of Sentinel/Dongle in a sentence

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Customer will return each Sentinel/Dongle to DS.

  • Each Sentinel/Dongle and all intellectual property rights therein will remain the property of DS and/or its applicable suppliers.

  • If a Sentinel/Dongle is lost or stolen, DS will provide a replacement provided that an officer of Customer makes a statutory declaration on a form prescribed by DS, and Customer pays to DS the replacement fee prescribed by DS.

  • Sentinel/Dongle means the security device supplied with Licensed Programs, enabling execution of the Licensed Programs on the computer equipment to which the Sentinel/Dongle is connected.

  • Each Sentinel/Dongle and all intellectual property rights therein will remain the property of 3DS and/or its applicable suppliers.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement or if the Sentinel/Dongle usage is deemed to be obsolete, Customer will return each Sentinel/Dongle to 3DS.
