Sentence Type definition

Sentence Type means the type of sentence specified in the third column of paragraph 2 of Schedule 7; Serious Concerns has the meaning given to in Clause 10.4(d); Serious Further Offence means a serious violent or sexual offence committed by an Applicable Person whilst under the supervision of a provider of probation services; Serious Harm means, at any given time, as reasonably determined by the Authority, a life- threatening and/or traumatic event occurring in respect of an individual from which recovery, whether physical or psychological, can be expected to be difficult or impossible; Service Credits means the service credits set out in Schedule 9 (Performance Measures and Service Credits);
Sentence Type means capital punishment, incarceration, probation, or a combination thereof.

Examples of Sentence Type in a sentence

  • Community Order and Suspended Sentence Order containing an Accredited Programme Requirement Custodial Sentences (post release) with Licence or Post Sentence Supervision Period Allocated Persons Designated Retained Persons Service Output Group Service Sentence Type Offender Type Requirements to participate in programmes or activities OSR 5 Where an Applicable Person is subject to an Unpaid Work Requirement the Contractor shall ensure that the work is of benefit to the local community.

  • Dependency: The Authority shall notify the Contractor of the date an Allocated Person is to be released from custody and notify the Contractor on the day that an Allocated Custodial Sentences (pre and post release) Allocated Persons Service Output Group Service Sentence Type Offender Type Person is released on Licence from court if that day is a Business Day and the next Business Day after the day of release if that day is not a Business Day.

  • Custodial Sentence (pre and post release) Community Order Suspended Sentence Order Applicable Persons Designated Retained Persons Service Output Group Service Sentence Type Offender Type Person on Remand Applicable Persons subject to a Deferred Sentence V5 The Contractor shall ensure that all participants are kept informed in writing of decisions relating to Victim Offender Conferencing.

  • Custodial Sentences (post release) Allocated Persons Service Output Group Service Sentence Type Offender Type OM 31 Where following a Breach Presentation, a court amends the terms of an Applicable Person's Community Order or Suspended Sentence Order, the Contractor shall deliver the new or amended requirements in accordance with this Schedule 7.
