• Unless the Bidder within five working days of the date of such receipt notifies Sentech in writing of any reason why it cannot accept the contents of this agreement, this agreement shall constitute a binding contract between the parties.

• This transformation plan shall be submitted within 10 working days from the written request, failing which Sentech reserves the right to withdraw its appointment of the preferred recommended Bidder.
