Sensitive Customer Information definition

Sensitive Customer Information has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(E).
Sensitive Customer Information means Customer Data with respect to a Consumer that is (a) such Consumer’s name, address or telephone number, in conjunction with such Consumer’s Social Security number, account number, credit or debit card number, or a personal identification number or password that would permit access to such Consumer’s account or (b) any combination of components of information relating to such Consumer that would allow a person to log onto or access such Consumer’s account, such as user name and password or password and account number.
Sensitive Customer Information means a Borrower’s first and last name, address or telephone number in conjunction with the Borrower’s (a) social security number; (b) driver’s license number; (c) financial account number (other than AES account number); or (d) credit or debit card number, in conjunction with the personal identification number or password that would permit access to the customer’s debit or credit card account. In the event Servicer knows or reasonably believes that there has been a Breach, Servicer shall take the following actions:

  • Client acknowledges that Bank has a legal responsibility to its customers to keep Sensitive Customer Information strictly confidential in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Each Party shall comply with Applicable Law with regard to privacy of Sensitive Customer Information.

  • Each Party warrants that it has established an information security program which contains appropriate measures designed to (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of Sensitive Customer Information; (ii) protect against any unanticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information; and (iii) protect against the unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.

  • Recipient shall not disclose to a third-party or otherwise use any Sensitive Customer Information unless the Customer’s permission has been secured, to the Discloser’s reasonable satisfaction, through a means that complies with 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801-09 and applicable regulations, or the disclosure is otherwise permitted by Applicable Law.

  • In the event a Party discovers any unauthorized access to any Sensitive Customer Information, such Party shall take appropriate actions to address such unauthorized access, including but not limited to promptly notifying the other Party of any such incident.

  • The Recipient shall not disclose or use Sensitive Customer Information other than to carry out the purposes for which the Discloser or one of its affiliates disclosed such Sensitive Customer Information to Recipient.

  • In addition to the other requirements set forth in this section regarding Confidential Information, Sensitive Customer Information shall also be subject to the additional restrictions set forth in this subsection.

  • Program Manager will (1) take appropriate action to address any incident of unauthorized access to Borrower Data and (2) notify Bank as soon as possible of any incident of unauthorized access to Sensitive Customer Information and any other breach in Customer’s security that materially affects Bank or Bank’s customers.

  • Metavante will (1) take appropriate action to address any incident of unauthorized access to Customer Data and (2) notify Customer as soon as possible of any incident of unauthorized access to Sensitive Customer Information and any other breach in Metavante’s security that materially affects Customer or Customer’s customers.

  • Bank will (1) take appropriate action to address any incident of unauthorized access to Borrower Data and (2) notify Program Manager as soon as possible of any incident of unauthorized access to Sensitive Customer Information and any other breach in Customer’s security that materially affects Program Manager or confidential customer information.


More Definitions of Sensitive Customer Information

Sensitive Customer Information has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11.1. (cccc) “Service Level” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit C.
Sensitive Customer Information has the meaning given to it in Section 11.20.
Sensitive Customer Information means Customer Information that is defined as “sensitive,” “special category,” or any similar term under any Privacy Laws, including, but not limited to: (i) social security, driver’s license, state identification card, passport number, or other unique identification number; (ii) account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; (iii) precise geolocation; (iv) racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; (v) health information, biometric information, genetic information, sex life, or sexual orientation; and (vi) information regarding children under 16.
Sensitive Customer Information means any information relating to the Customer’s costs or strategy.

Related to Sensitive Customer Information

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
