Sensitive Customer definition

Sensitive Customer means customer whom the Company must contact carefully and treat specially, including people aged 60 and over, people with less financial knowledge or no experience in using financial products and services, or people with limitations in communication and decision such as person with hearing impairment, visual impairment, and health impairment.
Sensitive Customer means any person who is vulnerable for the purposes of the Security and Emergency Measures Direction including the sick, the elderly, the disabled, hospitals, schools and other vulnerable sectors of the population.

  • Each Party warrants that it has established an information security program which contains appropriate measures designed to (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of Sensitive Customer Information; (ii) protect against any unanticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information; and (iii) protect against the unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.

  • Client acknowledges that Bank has a legal responsibility to its customers to keep Sensitive Customer Information strictly confidential in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • In addition to the other requirements set forth in this section regarding Confidential Information, Sensitive Customer Information shall also be subject to the additional restrictions set forth in this subsection.

  • The Recipient shall not disclose or use Sensitive Customer Information other than to carry out the purposes for which the Discloser or one of its affiliates disclosed such Sensitive Customer Information to Recipient.

  • Recipient shall not disclose to a third-party or otherwise use any Sensitive Customer Information unless the Customer’s permission has been secured, to the Discloser’s reasonable satisfaction, through a means that complies with 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801-09 and applicable regulations, or the disclosure is otherwise permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Customer shall encrypt at the application level all Sensitive Customer Data.

  • Program Manager will (1) take appropriate action to address any incident of unauthorized access to Borrower Data and (2) notify Bank as soon as possible of any incident of unauthorized access to Sensitive Customer Information and any other breach in Customer’s security that materially affects Bank or Bank’s customers.

  • Each Party acknowledges and agrees that it will protect, maintain, use, and disclose Sensitive Customer Information in accordance with this Agreement and in a manner that is not prohibited by Applicable Law.

Related to Sensitive Customer

  • active customer means a final customer, or a group of jointly acting final customers, who consumes or stores electricity generated within its premises located within confined boundaries or self-generated or shared electricity within other premises located within the same bidding zone, or who sells self-generated electricity or participates in flexibility or energy efficiency schemes, provided that those activities do not constitute its primary commercial or professional activity.”;

  • Prospective Customer means any person or entity to which the Company has solicited to purchase the Company’s products or services.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
