Senior Security Document definition

Senior Security Document means the Security Document as defined in the Senior Credit Agreement.
Senior Security Document means any agreement or instrument entered or to be entered into by an Obligor under which security is expressed to be created in favour of the Finance Parties in respect of the obligations of one or more Obligors under the Finance Documents.
Senior Security Document any document referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 4 and any document under which Security is taken pursuant thereto and any other document under which Security is created, whether at the date of this deed or at any later date, which secures any of the Senior Debt.

  • Additional Security Document means, any security document relating to the ETP Securities designated as such by Issuer and the Trustee, as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time but, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Trust Deed or the Margin Account Security Agreement.
