Senior Secured Note Trustee definition

Senior Secured Note Trustee means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., in its capacity as indenture trustee under the Senior Secured Note Indenture, together with any of its successors.

Senior Secured Note Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee under the Senior Secured Note Indenture and any successor, replacement or additional trustee and their respective successors and assigns.

Senior Secured Note Trustee means the trustee, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Senior Secured Note Indenture to act for the benefit of the holders of the Senior Secured Notes.
