Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.
Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
PCP means Primary Care Provider.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
RHS means the Rural Housing Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any successor.
CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Senior Officers has the meaning as set forth in Section 4.3.
Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Board of pharmacy or "board" means the Utah State Board of Pharmacy created
School-sponsored media means all student media that are:

Studijní data a údaje: veškeré záznamy, zprávy a protokoly, jež jsou odlišné od Zdravotních záznamů, a které jsou získány, shromážděny či vytvořeny v návaznosti na či připraveny v souvislosti se Studií, zejména zprávy, záznamy a protokoly (např., CRFs, datové přehledy, mezitímní zprávy a protokoly, a závěrečná zpráva), které jsou požadovány, aby byly poskytnuty Zadavateli v souladu s Protokolem a veškerými záznamy ohledně inventurní evidence a nakládání s veškerým množstvím Hodnoceného léčiva.
Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Senior Managers means, with respect to the Company and each member of the Company Group, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the chief technology officer, the president, the general manager or any other manager with the title of “vice-president” or higher, or any other employee with responsibilities similar to any of the foregoing, of such entity.
System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
