Senior Level definition

Senior Level means any corporate employee with the title of Vice President or above.
Senior Level means the people who make significant decisions about the organisation.

  • To the extent that during Executive's employment, any such benefits were part of a program of benefits for Senior Level Executives of the Company, generally, then any subsequent modification, substitution, or termination of any such benefits, generally, shall also apply to Executive and to the benefits available to Executive pursuant to this Section 7(a)(3).

  • The Senior Level Executive shall have one (1) year from his termination date to exercise all vested stock options (subject to the ten (10) year expiration from the date of issue or other exercise limitations regarding the applicable award).

  • The terms of the Plan prior to this restatement, providing for a “frozen benefit” converted to individual account form, shall not apply to any Participant who is named to a Senior Level SERP after the Effective Date of this restatement.

  • If a current Participant is selected to participate in a Senior Level SERP, the administration of his Plan Benefit under this Plan will be frozen and administered as provided in Section 4.

  • The Senior Level Executive’s unvested shares and options shall be forfeited upon such termination and the right to exercise vested options shall terminate upon the termination for Cause.

  • The Senior Level Executive shall have one (1) year from the date of his termination to exercise all vested stock options (subject to the ten (10) year expiration from the date of issue or other exercise limitations regarding the applicable award).

  • The Senior Level Executive shall be eligible to receive accelerated vesting of his unvested non-performance shares and options, and shall have one (1) year from the date of his disability to exercise his vested options (subject to the 10 year expiration date from date of issue or other exercise limitations regarding the applicable award).

  • Senior Level Executive’s eligible beneficiaries shall also be entitled to receive an additional lump sum death benefit payment of $15,000 payable within 60 days of the Senior Level Executive’s death.

  • Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Broadband level means all positions sufficiently similar in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and sufficiently similar as to kind or subject matter of work, level of difficulty or responsibilities, and qualification requirements of the work, to warrant the same treatment as to title, pay band, and other personnel transactions.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the Peer Companies. Following the calculation of the TSR of the Company and each Peer Company for the Performance Period, the Company and each Peer Company will be ranked in order of maximum to minimum according to their respective TSR for the Performance Period. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows:

  • Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • Level has the meaning given that term in the definition of the term “Applicable Margin.”

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Kick-Out Level for each relevant year means the average of the closing levels of the FTSE 100 for the 5 Business Days up to and including the relevant Kick-Out Date.

  • Latest Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the latest level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor prior to the month in respect of which the Substitute Index Level is being determined.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.
