The Officer’s signature may be manual or facsimile, and the validity of such Officer’s signature will not turn on whether such signatory remains an Officer at the time the Trustee authenticates such Note.
The most Senior Cook shall assume the responsibilities below and is paid at the appropriate pay rate which matches their qualifications.
