Send Transaction definition

Send Transaction means the tender of funds by a consumer to Agent for the purpose of remitting and delivering such funds through the Remittance Service to a recipient designated by such consumer. Send Transactions include, but are not limited to, loads and reloads of Netspend-serviced Prepaid Cards.
Send Transaction means each send transaction initiated either by PAYPORTER from the PAYPORTER Locations or by Participants in accordance with these Rules.

Examples of Send Transaction in a sentence

  • I further understand that you consider Send Transactions complete and final once they have been submitted to a given Cryptocurrency Network and therefore you are not liable to me for any delays, failures to process or failures to receive Cryptocurrency associated with a Send Transaction after it has been successfully submitted to the relevant Cryptocurrency Network.

  • I understand that the amount of Cryptocurrency credited to the Recipient Wallet Address following a Send Transaction will be net of any network fees to facilitate the transaction (as further described in subsection 12(d), below).

  • I understand that I am responsible for paying the Estimated Network Fees in connection with any Send Transaction, and the amount received by the Recipient Wallet Address will be decreased by these Estimated Network Fees.

  • I understand that the amount of Cryptocurrency credited to the Recipient Wallet Address following a Send Transaction will be net of any network fees to facilitate the transaction (as further described in subsection 9(e), below).

  • In advance of initiating a Send Transaction RHC will provide to me an estimate of the network fees required for the relevant Cryptocurrency network to process my transaction within a reasonable amount of time, as determined solely by RHC (the “Estimated Network Fees”).

  • I understand that the amount of Cryptocurrency credited to the Recipient Wallet Address following a Send Transaction will be net of any network fees to facilitate the transaction (as further described in subsection 13(d), below).

  • In advance of initiating a Send Transaction Robinhood will provide to me an estimate of the Network Fees required for the relevant Cryptocurrency network to process my transaction within a reasonable amount of time, as determined solely by Robinhood (the “Estimated Network Fees”).

  • I further understand that you consider Send Transactions complete and final once they have been submitted to a given Cryptocurrency network and therefore you are not liable to me for any delays, failures to process or failures to receive Cryptocurrency associated with a Send Transaction after it has been successfully submitted to the relevant Cryptocurrency network.

Related to Send Transaction

  • Void Transaction means any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

  • Roll-Up Transaction means a transaction involving the acquisition, merger, conversion or consolidation either directly or indirectly of the Company and the issuance of securities of a Roll-Up Entity to the holders of Common Shares. Such term does not include:

  • Package Transaction means a transaction involving two or more instruments:

  • Required Transaction means any transaction involving a Swap that is subject to the trade execution requirement of Section 2(h)(8) of the Act.

  • SPAC Transaction means a transaction or series of related transactions by merger, consolidation, share exchange or otherwise of the Company with a publicly traded “special purpose acquisition company” or its subsidiary (collectively, a “SPAC”), immediately following the consummation of which the common stock or share capital of the SPAC or its successor entity is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or another exchange or marketplace approved by the Board of Directors, including a majority of the Preferred Directors.
