Send Date definition

Send Date means the day on which you want us to send your payment under a Treasury Service within the BOB Platform.
Send Date means a processing date in Bill Payment, External Transfer and Pay People and is defined further with respect to each of these Services in the section of the Agreement that describes the terms of each Service.
Send Date means the Business Day of your choice upon which your ▇▇▇▇ payment will be sent; "Arrival Date" is the estimated date of arrival for your payment, the words "we," "our," and "us" mean Firefly Federal Credit Union (Firefly) and the words "you" and "your" mean the account owner(s) who use this service. You may use Firefly’s ▇▇▇▇ paying service, to direct Firefly to make payments from your designated checking account to the Payees you choose in accordance with this agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the Membership Agreements and Account Disclosures, Service Fee Schedule and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account. The ▇▇▇▇ Pay Service enables you to set up recurring payments, make one time payments and track your payments to parties. ▇▇▇▇ Pay is free as long as you maintain a checking account with Firefly. You are responsible for any internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or internet service provider and any fees applicable to your accounts with Firefly as set forth on Firefly's Service Fee Schedule. There is no limit to the number of bills you can pay each month with Firefly’s ▇▇▇▇ Payment.

Examples of Send Date in a sentence

  • Payments made by paper check will be debited from your account on the Send Date.

  • If there is not a sufficient available balance in your funding account on the Send Date, the payment may be reattempted up to three consecutive business days before being cancelled.

  • If you designate a non- business date (generally weekends and certain holidays) as the payment’s Send Date, the payment will be processed on the first business day following the designated Send Date.

  • If the calculated Send Date is not a Business Day, it is adjusted based upon the following rules: • If the recurring payment’s “Pay Before” option is selected, the Send Date for the new occurrence of the payment is adjusted to the first business date prior to the calculated Send Date.

  • A single payment will be processed on the business day (generally Monday through Friday, except certain holidays) that you designate as the Send Date, provided the payment is submitted prior to the daily cut-off time on that date.

  • Based upon your selected frequency settings for the payment, a Send Date is calculated for the next occurrence of the payment.

  • On the Send Date for us to properly process your transfer instructions.

  • For one- time transfers designated with a future Send Date and recurring transfers, you may cancel any transfers as long as you log in and cancel or stop the request before the Send Date or next scheduled recurring transfer.

  • A bill payment can be changed or cancelled any time prior to the cutoff time on the Send Date.

  • We will not complete a bill payment transaction if there is not a sufficient available balance in the funding account (including funds available through any overdraft line of credit or automatic transfer feature) on the Send Date..
