The Senate Chamber (Room 215) may be rented by a private party or governmental entity for the purpose of conducting a meeting during the following hours: • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The maximum capacity of the Senate Chamber during meeting rental events is 150.
