SENAR definition
SENAR means Servico Nacional de Formacao Professional Rural, the Borrower’s National Service for Rural Apprenticeship, established within the Ministry in the terms of Article 172 of the Borrower’s Decree-Law 200 as modified by the Borrower’s Decree-Law No. 900 and by the Borrower’s Decree No. 77.354 dated March 31, 1976, as it shall be transformed by virtue of the legal provisions to be enacted pursuant to paragraph 3 (b) (i) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;
SENAR means the National Rural Learning Service (Serviço National de Aprendizagem Rural - SENAR).
SENAR means Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural, a non-profit entity established pursuant the Member Country’s Law No. 8.315 of December 23, 1991, which was regulated by the Member Country’s Decree No. 566 of June 10, 1992, as amended to date.
