SENAC definition
SENAC means Servico Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial, the Borrower’s National Service for Commercial Apprenticeship, established as an entity governed by private law by the Borrower’s Decree-Law No. 8621, dated January 10, 1946, as regulated by the Borrower’s Decree No. 61.843 dated December 5, 1967, as amended to the date of this Agreement;
