semi-interactive webcast definition

semi-interactive webcast means a webcast in which the file is included within a stream of content that enables only the real-time (or substantially real-time) communication of the streamed con- tent, and
semi-interactive webcast means the transmission, via the Internet or another similar dig- ital network to a device, of signals similar to those of the pay audio services to which this tariff applies and on which the user has some degree of control over the content of the files or the timing of the transmission of the files, or both (“webdiffusion semi-interactive”)

  • Internet Traffic means any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.
