semi-detached triplex definition
semi-detached triplex means one of a pair of triplexes divided vertically one from the other by a party wall;
semi-detached triplex means one (1) of a pair of triplexes divided vertically one
semi-detached dwelling means a building divided vertically into two dwelling units each of which has a separate entrance and access to grade;
single detached dwelling means a completely detached Building containing only one Dwelling Unit;
single detached dwelling unit means a residential building consisting of one dwelling unit and not attached to another structure;
Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.
Detached building means any building which is not physically connected to the dwelling.
