Selling Activities definition

Selling Activities means those activities that comprise "an occupation, the business of which is to sell tangible personal property at retail". "Selling Activities" includes "the composite of many activities extending from the preparation for, and the obtaining of, orders for goods to the final consummation of the sale by the passing of title and payment of the purchase price". (See Ex-Cell-O Corp. v. McKibbin, 383 Ill. 316, 321 (1943).)
Selling Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c)(i).
Selling Activities means any marketing, distribution and undertaking of post-sale activities in relation to any Relevant Shares;

  • For the one hundred and eighty (180) days following such notice, Lilly shall negotiate exclusively with MiniMed, in good faith, to license MiniMed the rights to conduct the Manufacturing and Selling Activities with products utilizing the Licensed Patents for use in Basal Infusers.
