Sellers' Copies means any executed original counterparts of the instrument in question in Owner's or the Sellers' possession or, if an executed original counterpart is not in Owner's, the Sellers' or the Managing Agent's possession, such conformed or photostatic copies as may be in Owner's, the Sellers' or the Managing Agent's possession.
