Seller Network definition

Seller Network means the telecommunications network operated by Seller to provide Voice Services.
Seller Network means SELLER's data center facilities, servers, networking equipment, storage media, and host software systems (e.g., virtual firewalls) that are within SELLER's control and are used to provide the Services.

  • Seller Network Service support is provided on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.

  • Buyer shall keep the Seller Network, including, without limitation, the Capacity, free and clear of any and all liens, rights and claims of third parties attributable to Buyer that adversely affect or impair Seller's rights to or exclusive use of the Seller Network.

  • Buyer agrees and acknowledges that this Agreement grants no right to use any element of the Seller Network, other than the IRU in the Capacity granted under this Agreement.

  • Fiber must be pulled from the Seller Network, through the conduit lateral, to the building/facility.

  • Nothing contained herein shall operate as a limitation on the right of either party hereto to bring an action for damages against any third party, including any indirect, special or consequential damages, based on any acts or omissions of such third party as such acts or omissions may affect the construction, operation or use of the Capacity or the Seller Network.

  • Subscriber agrees to pay Seller or a Seller Network Solutions Provider designated in writing by the Seller, an annual Software FX Fee, in the amount set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement, plus taxes pursuant to Subsection D below, for Software FX services provided during the term as defined in Schedule A.

  • If Subscriber is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and its Designated System is classified as a Single Node Network or higher, upon request by Subscriber, Seller, or a Seller Network Solutions Provider, shall provide an annual consultation service at Subscriber’s site to review Seller’s planned Software releases and evaluate the operational and financial impact such releases may have on Subscriber’s Designated System.

  • Installation of Software Updates to terminal products is not included, but such installations may be obtained through Seller, or a Seller Network Solutions Provider, at the rates then in effect for such service provided that Subscriber is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Seller Network

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
