Seller Fee definition

Seller Fee shall have the meaning in Section 10.02(b)(iii).
Seller Fee means the fee payable to Tarifa Limited and TraderTech® by You when You or Your Affiliate use the Application as a Seller listing a car.
Seller Fee means the portion of the UppNFT Secondary Sale Price that is automatically payable to the seller each time its UppNFT is sold from Buyer to Secondary Buyer as set out in Clause 3.8.

  • Payment of the Seller Fee Reimbursement, to be funded to Buyer in accordance with a closing statement to be approved by Buyer and Seller.

  • Seller shall pay Purchaser the Seller Fee within five (5) Business Day after their applicable Hiring Date and thereafter, be relieved of all Assumed Vacation Liabilities.

  • In the event Seller notifies Buyer of its election to extend the term of this Agreement to the Extension Date and prior to the effectiveness of such extension, Escrow Agent shall release the Escrow Amount to Buyer as payment of the Seller Fee.

  • No other consent or approval of any person, entity or governmental authority is required for the execution, delivery or performance by Seller Fee Title Owner of this Contract, and this Contract is hereby binding and enforceable against Seller and Fee Title Owner.


More Definitions of Seller Fee

Seller Fee means an amount equal to three percent (3%) of Gross Proceeds, which Company will have the right to deduct from Gross Proceeds and retain for its own account in consideration of providing the Services and access to the Marketplace. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company will have the unilateral right to increase the Sell Fee on a prospective basis, upon notice, including, without limitation, due to changing business conditions.
