"Unsuitable Unit" means a Unit: (a) that is defective, damaged, or lacking required label(s); (b) the labels for which were not properly registered with Amazon before shipment or do not match the product that was registered; (c) that is an FBA Excluded Product or does not comply with the Business Solutions Agreement (including these Service Terms and the applicable Programme Policies); or (d) that Amazon determines is otherwise unsuitable.

Subject to your compliance with the Agreement and your payment of any applicable fees, Amazon or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Amazon Business and Amazon Software.
