Sell Window definition

Sell Window means a period established by the Board or the Committee in its discretion, during which Plan Shares may be sold, subject to the requirements of the Plan. Each Sell Window will normally last three months.
Sell Window means a period established by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") (or any Committee appointed by the Board to administer the Chipotle Executive Stock Option Plan) in its discretion, pursuant to the Chipotle Executive Stock Option Plan. A Sell Window shall last for the period determined pursuant to the Chipotle Executive Stock Plan.
