Sell Back Option definition

Sell Back Option means the right entitled to the Purchaser as a remedy in the event of an occurrence of certain circumstance prescribed in Chapter VI of this Agreement.

Examples of Sell Back Option in a sentence

  • You must meet the following Sell Back Conditions on the Due Date to be able to choose this Sell Back Option: • You have told us in writing that you have chosen this Sell Back Option.

  • Failure to timely exercise said Sell Back Option will be deemed as waiver of it.

  • You must meet the following Sell Back Conditions on the Due Date to be able to choose this Sell Back Option:  You have told us in writing that you have chosen this Sell Back Option.

  • Any efforts by Buyer to sell or otherwise transfer the title of the Property during the first 3 years after ▇▇▇ will be deemed as voluntary forfeiture of the Sell Back Option by Buyer.

  • In fulfilling the Sell Back Option, Seller may pay Buyer the Sell Back Price with one payment or with 12 equal monthly installments.

  • You cannot choose this Sell Back Option if any of these conditions have not been met on the Due Date.

  • When Party B exercises the Sell Back Option, Party A agrees to execute all necessary documents and take all necessary action according to this Contract, including but not limited to timely executing documents required for alteration approval and registration with the competent government authorities.
