Self-perform definition

Self-perform means performance of no less than thirty percent (30%) of the aggregate value of the O&M Work over the Term (excluding Rehabilitation Work and Handback Requirements Work).

Self-perform means Contractor performs the Work Authorization at a Fixed Price without the use of a Subcontractor, that is, Contractor will receive no markup.
