Self-interest definition
Self-interest means an opportunity for a person to receive income while performing his/her employment or other duties in the form of financial benefit or any other undue advantage in the interest of the very person, his/her family members, or any other persons and entities that have personal, property, and any other relations with this person. «Общество» - юридическое лицо, созданное и действующее по законодательству Республики Узбекистан, c местом нахождения по адресу: Республика Узбекистан, город Ташкент, Яккасарайский район, улица Шота Руставели, 12. “Company” means a legal entity incorporated and existing under the Republic of Uzbekistan laws located at Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Shota Rustaveli str., 12. «Ответственное лицо» - лицо, назначенное в соответствии с требованиями применимого трудового законодательства ответственным в Обществе за профилактику коррупционных и иных правонарушений, соблюдение требований настоящей Политики и выполнение иных функций, предусмотренных настоящей Политикой, иными внутренними актами Общества и законодательством Республики Узбекистан. “Responsible Officer” means the person appointed pursuant to the requirements of the applicable labour laws as a Company officer responsible for preventing corruption and other offences, enforcing the requirements hereof, and performing all other functions provided for hereby, by the other bylaws of the Company, and by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. «Сотрудники» - работники Общества, являющиеся таковыми как на основании трудовых договоров, так и в результате фактически сложившихся трудовых отношений (например, на основании договоров оказания услуг), единоличный исполнительный орган, члены коллегиального исполнительного органа, а также иные лица, действующие от имени или в интересах Общества. “Employees” mean persons employed by the Company both by virtue of an employment contract and as a result of de facto employment relations (e.g. under services contracts), the sole executive body, members of the collective executive body, and any other persons acting for or on behalf of the Company. «Предупреждение коррупции» - деятельность Общества, направленная на введение элементов корпоративной культуры, организационной структуры, правил и процедур, регламентированных локальными нормативными актами Общества, обеспечивающих недопущение коррупционных правонарушений. “Prevention of corruption” means the Company’s activities aimed at introducing elements of the corporate culture, organizational structure, rules...
