Self install means the provision of a Kit by eir to the Customer to enable the Customer to carry out the installation of the Facility at the Premises.

• All Orders for Services by you shall be deemed to be an offer and are subject to acceptance by UPC and your order shall be deemed accepted upon activation of the Services or delivery of the relevant order of Equipment to you for Self-Install.

• We shall supply you with the Self-Install Equipment to facilitate provision of the Services.

• The Facility shall be provided either by way of Full-Install (the installation of the Facility at the Premises by a Magnet Business technician) or, by way of Self-Install (the provision of a Kit by Magnet Business to the Customer to enable the Customer to carryout the installation itself).

• For those VCF Bundled Devices and VCF Services that are Self-Installed (“VCF Bundled Self-Installed Devices and Services”) as part of a VCF Solution (such as Non-Powered Asset Tracking units), the monthly bundled rate for a VCF Bundled Self-Installed Devices and Services is invoiced monthly on the first of the month following the month of the VCF Self-Install Bundle Start Date if Customer elects to be invoiced monthly.
