Self-Funded Project definition
Self-Funded Project. - means a project where the moneys needed to complete the project are one hundred percent (100%) raised and provided by the school district, and that shall be submitted to and approved by the Division upon compliance with state codes and standards. Any project, whether the district requests state financial participation or not, shall meet the standards of the Arkansas Public School Academic Facilities Manual or industrial codes and the Program of Requirements.
