Self-executing definition
Self-executing means the courts can enforce the rights of the UNCRC without the need for extra, detailed laws.
Self-executing means that the legislature need not pass a statute enacting the redistricting plans. See Chartone, Inc. v. Bernini, 207 Ariz. 162, 166, ¶ 12, 83 P.3d 1103, 1107 (App. 2004)
