Selective service definition
Selective service means offices, positions, and employees in the state service who are subject to the provisions of the State Personnel System in Articles 2 and 3 and elsewhere in the State Human Resources Reform Act of 1994 and State Personnel Rules adopted pursuant thereto, but who are not subject to the provisions of the career service in Article 4 and elsewhere in the State Human Resources Reform Act of 1994 or Career Service System Rules adopted pursuant thereto;
