Selected Photographs definition

Selected Photographs means the Photographs chosen by the Client from the viewing service made available to them which shall be licensed under these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Photographer may provide the Selected Photographs via an online gallery.

  • The Photographer shall invoice the Client on completion of the services for all items set out in the Quotation, further reasonable Expenses incurred during the Photo Shoot and the total fees payable for the Selected Photographs.

  • Any Selected Photographs will be provided on receipt in cleared funds of the final instalment.

  • Delivery of the Selected Photographs will be made as soon as reasonably possible but the Photographer cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time.

  • photograph means a recording of light or other radiation on any medium on which an image is produced or from which an image may by any means be produced, and which is not part of a film;

  • Diskette means the diskette or compact disc attached to each of the Prospectus and the Memorandum; and "Data File" shall mean the compilation of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Agreed Upon Procedures Letters dated December 1, 2003 and rendered by KPMG LLP or Ernst & Young LLP, as the case may be (a "hard copy" of which Data File was initialed on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser).

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Literature We will furnish you with copies of each Fund's Prospectus, sales literature and other information made publicly available by the Fund, in reasonable quantities upon your request. We shall file Fund sales literature and promotional material with the NASD and SEC as required. You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.

  • Film means single media or multimedia entertainment content for distribution or exhibition to the general public by any means and media in any digital media format, film, or videotape, including, but not limited to, a motion picture, a documentary, a television series, a television miniseries, a television special, interstitial television programming, long-form television, interactive television, music videos, interactive games, video games, commercials, internet programming, an internet video, a sound recording, a video, digital animation, or an interactive website.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).
