Selected MFI definition
Selected MFI means any microfinance institution selected to receive a Subgrant in accordance with the criteria set forth in this Agreement and the POM.
Selected MFI means Al Majmoua, Vitas, and Ibdaa, duly registered and operating in the territory of the Member Country pursuant to [xxxx], and any other MFI selected on the basis of a competitive selection process, a third-party assessment and eligibility criteria set forth in the POM, including, inter alia, requirements that each MFI: (i) be duly registered under the Lebanese laws; (ii) operate in the Lebanese Republic; and (iii) not have participation or ownership by any public entity.

Said criteria for Component 1.3(b)(i) that each Targeted SME shall have been directly affected by the conflict or by a natural disaster and for Component 1.3(b)(ii) will include at a minimum that each Selected MFI shows progressive OSS of not less than 5% annually; both as verified by the Third-Party Monitoring Agent.
