Selected Merchant means any merchants selected by the Company and/or the Bank from time to time and notified by the Company and/or the Bank to you which ▇▇▇▇ may be settled by you by using the Online ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service; and

  • Neither Us nor the Bank is able to reverse or charge-back any payment and this should be dealt with directly between You and the merchant (including a Selected Merchant).

  • The Product or service that You purchase or utilise is made available to You by the applicable Selected Provider or Selected Merchant and not by Us or the Bank.
