Selected Individual definition
Selected Individual means an Employee, Consultant, or Non-Employee Director who has been selected by the Committee to receive an Award under the Plan.

Examples of Selected Individual in a sentence
One Dwelling Unit may be occupied by the Selected Individual and/or the Selected Individual’s spouse, in their sole discretion, under a Tenancy Agreement, and if not so occupied, that Dwelling Unit must not be occupied by the Owner, the Owner’s family members or any guest of the Owner.
For certainty, the Owner may only select one person to be the Selected Individual for the entire duration for this Agreement, and upon the Selected Individual ceasing to occupy a Dwelling Unit, no other persons may be named as the Selected Individual.
The Owner shall inform the District of the name of the Selected Individual within 30 days of selection.
