Selected Agency definition

Selected Agency means the consulting firm selected by the Client to provide the Services under this Agreement and is described in the recitals of this Agreement;
Selected Agency or “Agency” shall mean the Selected Bidder with whom the Contract is signed pursuant to its selection as per the RFP.
Selected Agency means the agency selected through this tendering process and shall be deemed to include the Selected Agency’s successors, representatives (approved by the Director of Employment and Training , Chennai), heirs, executors, administrators and permitted assigns, as the case may be, unless excluded by the terms of the contract.

Selected Agency means a public agency or enterprise thereof, satisfactory to the World Bank, chosen for the purpose of (a) entering into the Participation Agreements referred to in Section I. D (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and
