Selected Advisor definition

Selected Advisor means any person who has been retained to provide services to the Company (other than as an Employee, a member of the Board or a member of the board of directors of any Subsidiary or Parent of the Company), and who is selected by the Committee to be eligible to receive Incentive Awards under the Plan.
